3 PAX met for EC Ruck at the Doughnut Shop on a cool rainy morning. We circled back at 0530 to see if anyone would show and there was none.
The goal was to log some Ruck miles with some PT so we would shuffle halfway around the circle and perform exercises at the fountain as follows:
10 Merkins 5X
10 Squats 5X
10 Dry Docs 5X
We ended up with 5.3 miles including EC..good work
