What a cold, dreary morning.  On the drive in to the Doughnut Shop I had envisioned possibly going solo this am, but never fear, there are 6 other High Impact Men (Maybe a little crazy) that braved the elements.  It went down like this:

SSH- 10 IC

Good Mornings-10 IC

10 Merkins

10 Werkins

10 Plank-Jacks

10 Mountain Climbers

10 Ranger Merkins.

All were done while staying in plank, so workout began with a solid 5 minute plank!

Mosey around the perimeter or a jump-squat Indian Run.  Stop off and do 3 jump-squats then sprint to the front.  Everyone got two turns.

Mosey to the entrance and prepare for a ride down Route 66.

Definition of Route 66- Stop at each light pole and complete 1 burpee, but add one as you go on.  You stop at a total of 11 light poles and complete a total of 66 burpees.  Instructions were given to come back for the six before you began your set of burpees.  PAX loved this, and was a quiet crowd this morning.  I was informed it was because they couldn’t breathe but who knows!

Mosey back and interchange until the second intersection with lunges and backpedaling.  We went a total of 3 blocks, so last block was a regular mosey.

Light pole suicide time-  Sprint to the light pole and do 1 merkin and sprint back.  Continue until the 4th light pole and be sure to stop on the way back to complete 1 merkin.

Mosey to the flag to finish with a 3 minute plank.  While Planking we went around the circle and shared something with the group.

This was my second time at Farmville, with the last being Saturday morning workout at the launch of SSS.  Farmville has a faithful following that really has this thing going well, and glad they are part of F3ENC.  This morning was cold, wet and a good morning to stay in bed, but I am glad that 6 other guys decided to post this morning.
