YHC was honored to be asked to be the 3rd ever Q at The Doughnut Shop.  This AO has lots of potential with many fixtures for a Q to take advantage of.

  • Mosey over to picnic tables for 11s – Dips and Derkins
  • Indian Run around the block, ending up near the baseball fields
  • 7s – Step-Overs on the wooden parking barricades and Irkins
  • Mosey to other side of fields.
  • PAX then did one Step-Over and one Roll-Under with each wooden barricade (19 in all)
  • Mosey onto baseball field
  • Partner-Up for DOR: 50 Merkins, 75 Squats, 125 LBCs
  • Mosey to Walnut Street:
  • Partner Carries from Horne Avenue to Belcher Street and back, stopping every parking space for a squat.  At every 3rd space, stop for 5 merkins and switch places.
  • Mosey around Town Commons and end up the flag
  • Mary – WW1s, LBCs, American Hammers, Flutter Kicks, Freddie Mercuries

When YHC went to sleep last night, Scotty Moe had just tweeted about EC ruck before the workout.  However, when YHC woke up, he saw a message from Scotty Moe about being in the hospital and not being able to post.  It was a reminder that we are not promised another minute here on Earth. Make the most of every second.
