I was a little nervous about Qing a KB workout but settled down (a little) once we got started.  Thanks for getting me out of my comfort zone Candy Cane.

WarmUP: Arm circles 10 forward and backward IC, 12 cotton pickers IC, 10 SSH IC, Run to Evans St. & back to flag (1 mile)

The Thang: 5 Burpees OYO, Then lined up at flag and partnered up: Partner 1 lunged to first tree and back while Partner 2 did double KB squats (200), 2nd round Russian KB swings (200), final round KB squat thrusters (100); Mosey to the shelter: 11’s; Curls for the Gurls & Tricep extensions crossing picnic table for each with 1 wide-grip chin-up on rafter in between.  Then it was 6:15

COT: Name-o-rama and prayer requests

Pax sorry for my slow/poor picture taking abilities.  Haavaad got schooled (by KoolAid) on how to take a picture with a smart phone but still failed the test.
