YHC hit the snooze button a couple of more times than was expected this morning and when YHC realized what time it was, it was time to roll. Coming in on 2 wheels, YHC showed up to a full parking lot and the PAX already circled up. Jumped out of the trucked, grabbed what YHC thought was a 35 lb kettle bell and weinke, hopped the fence and away we went.

At the end of YHC’s last Q at #BoydLeeBeatdown, Tonka came up to YHC and said to remember this one thing K.I.S.S (Keep It Simple Stupid). Those words stuck with me due to me trying to do to much and found himself way in over my head. During the COT this morning, Tonka talked about a show he was watching called “The Loser” and how my last Q was a complete failure but YHC took what he had learned from his last Q and made this one a lot better. To you sir I say, thank you for that. Honestly, I was nervous about Q’ing another kettle bell workout due to what happened last time. Failure does not always have to be looked at as a negative because if we did not fail, we would not learn how to correct and make things better. If you ever feel like you “failed” at a Q, don’t be afraid to ask what you could have done to make it better because the feedback will help you be prepared for the next time you Q. You don’t ever quit or give up after 1 bad Q, you keep pushing and trying until finally, the mumblechatter is high along with PAX members grunting to get through the exercise. DFQ, always keep pushing to raise your goals higher, and if it pushes back then you push back harder. You can always count on one thing, you’ll never be pushing alone because there will be PAX members right there behind you to help you through it. Thank you Silverback for letting YHC Q on the cold but gorgeous morning. Until next time…
