YHC’s virgin Q. Wasn’t sure I was ready, but figured I better just jump on in, kinda like that very first post a few weeks ago. I knew I could count on the PAX if I got in a bind.

Warm Up

The THANG

Kept things simple, borrowing heavily from things that stood out in my first few weeks of posts.

Started with a mosey to the dockmaster station for some Aiken Legs:

  • 20 squats
  • 20 box jumps
  • 20 lunges
  • 20 split jacks

Rinse and repeat. Then a mosey to the Estuarium for some pull-ups [3 sets, each to failure].

Mosey down the boardwalk to the benches at Moss Landing. Partner up to knock out 100 dips and 100 merkins.

Mosey back to the shovel flag, but not quite finished. Time for some more Aiken Legs around the gazebo [7 reps] before a little Mary-go-round to close things out.
