The Thang

Mosey to the Baseball Field
Routine of Elevens with a little Twist. Absolution at fence, WW1 + WW2 + LBC = 1 at home.
Just to make it more fun…Bear crawl from home to 2nd/3rd baseline. Jog to fence; absolution. Jog back to baseline and crab walk home; set up combo. Began merkens while the 6 finished.  Shoulders were done so some PAX decided to perform lunges, others struggled with gerkens.  6 in and back to the circle.

Began a round of Mary with 10 American Hammers, time was running short and everyone was burning from the elevens.  Jiggles was gaining his second wind and in true down east fashion decided to end it with 10 burpees in cadence.  Ugh!

Prayer Requests:

Large Mouth had two request.  One was a family that has a loved one suffering with illness, the other was a gentlemen that had a rupture in his brain.  Gaylord also knows a family with a member suffering from a terminal illness.  Jiggles lead the prayer included in all things we look to the lord Jesus Christ.

Announcements:
Flo has the Q on Thursday at the Waterfront.

Moleskin:
Jiggles did well in his first attempt at Q. The workout focused on abs and burning away the beer belly that somehow keeps showing up during football season.  The PAX were a little quiet during the elevens, but everyone pushed through and began to encourage each other at the end.  We welcomed a FNG Joey Craft now HEE HAW.  He held back his merlot determined to finish.  We talked about our F3 names and how we embrace them eventually.  All in all it was another fun time, Equifax and I even spotted a shooting star. Oh the memories…
