This was my first post in the last few weeks. Have been traveling for work and vacation. Luckily I didn’t Fart Sack the whole time I was gone. Started promptly at 5:15am.

The Thang

Moseyed from Festival Park north on Bonner St, then east on 2nd, back down Academy to Moss Landing.

Lined up on curb. Began with Dips x 10, Crab Walk across street to other curb, Merkins x 10, Bear Crawl across street to starting point. Rinse and Repeat x 5.

Moseyed down wooden boardwalk stopping halfway. Partnered up. One partner doing Dips while the other Merkins. Total of 100 Dips and 100 Merkins between partners.

Completed run of the boardwalk and lined up for some Burpees down the waterfront. 1 Burpee at each light pole starting at the Estuarium to the end of Stewart Pkwy.

Hallelujahs x 50 and Box Jumps x 50.

Continued with an Indian Run down Stewart Pkwy to Festival Park.

5 minutes left. Largemouth led us in some ab exercises.
