Started with a little 1 mile run. Then circled up for yoga or broga.
Side stretches, toe touches, warrior pose, plank (left and right), downward dog, cobra pose, child’s pose.
After a good stretch we moseyed to the estuarium where we partnered up for B.O.M.B.S
50 Burpees, 100 Overhead claps, 150 Merkins, 200, Bigboy Situps, 250 Squats. Other partner ran the steps and performed 1 pullup on Gaylord’s Ledge then back. Pullup increase in 1 rep increments
