Many times a small Pax makes for a great workout. YHC pulled up around 05:15 to see Cold Cut waiting. Wimpie and String Bean were on an EC run. Slim Jim pulled up around 05:20 and at 05:30 the five of us were off.

Warm Up
– 8 SSH
– 8 Merkins

The Thang
The entire workout was the same format, just different locations and different exercises. We would partner up, with 5 people though we always had a three way, HEY NOW! … while one partner completed the exercise, the other would hold plank (regular, low plank, chill cut, etc). Each exercise would be completed in reps of 10, 15 and 20.

Stop 1 – benches in front of school – exercises – box jumps and derkins
Stop 2 – football bleachers – exercises – foot released squats and irkins
Stop 3 – soccer field – exercises – LBCs and mountain climbers
Stop 4 – softball field – exercises – plank jacks and V-Ups
Stop 5 – baseball dugout – exercises – pull ups and dips

Back to the flag.

Moleskin
Big numbers are awesome for a variety of Pax to chat with, but small Pax make for great conversation and deeper fellowship. Today was awesome. Pax of 5, chatter was high, reps were high, leakage was real high. Cold Cut was manly in repping out the pull ups at the end. Wimpie took half the grass from Rose High home on his back.
