Today’s workout at #TheRush wasn’t designed to be too difficult from a running perspective. Many other Q’s had beat the legs with running this week so YHC wanted to get high intensity and high numbers of reps in without making the Pax cover too many miles. Difficult to plan, YHC had something in store for the Pax to get heart rate up and burn the calories. Upon arrival, Fertile and See Thru had the rucks on and were rounding the track, strong Extra Credit preparing for #GrowRuck. Other Pax started pulling in, around 5:29 am we had everyone and this is how it went down ….

Moleskin

The Pax continues to grow, not only in numbers but strength as well. Today’s workout was designed to save the legs from running, but it’s impossible to skip legs altogether. The Pax swiftly moved through the exercises, leaving YHC to improvise and create more of a beat down as time went on. Impressed with all Pax members today, getting right at 400 reps of exercises and 36 floors climbed while secretly getting in almost 3 miles. Keep posting and improving your body, mind and spirit. It’s amazing what you can do when doing it with your brothers along your side. You might not beat Hat Trick and G-String but you can beat the fartsack! Post and we’ll see you in the gloom!
