Running at The Rush

It was a big cold Thursday morning and was wondering how many would show.  We had a Mighty Six show and were ready to work.  Did a couple of warmup exercises and we were off . . .

The Thang

Moseyed over to the track and partnered up.  One partner ran backwards one direction while the other partner ran forwards and switched when they met.  Each partner ran forwards and backwards twice.  Moseyed to the entrance at Arlington.

Simplicity was the name of the game as we did an out and back on Arlington up to Evans and towards downtime.  Time was set to turn around and the Pax was encouraged to go as far as they could even to the Town Commons if they could make it.  The Mustangs made it to downtown, but not all the way to the Commons.

Met back at the flag and did a cool down lap around the track and circled up.
