YHC looked back at the last 4-5 back blasts and noticed that in just about every one of them the Q took the PAX off campus for a run focused work out.  Thus, for YHC’s Q we were going to stick to the beautiful Rose campus while continuing a run focused theme.  Here is how it went down:

Warm UP:

Run around the Rose Track twice

The Thang:

YHC instructed the PAX to mosey from the track to the start of the loop with the speed bumps around the campus.  The PAX ran all the way around the entire campus while stopping at each speed bump.  At each speed bump burpee’s were performed going up by 1 at each speed bump (10 speed bumps total, so at the 10th speed bump 10 burpee’s were done).  Back for the 6.

The PAX met back up at the start of the loop for another lap around Rose.  Only this time instead of burpee’s at every speed bump the PAX did squat jumps (same as before-going up by 1 at each speed bump until 10 jump squats at the 10th speed bump).

Mosey to the track for some speed work.  Instructions were given to run as hard you can on the straights and mosey on the corners.  We only had time to make one lap around the track.
