Rolled up to #TheSandlot with the PAX already posted.  Rafiki and DieHard got in some EC before 5:30- 2.25 miles.  Planted the flag and it was 530.  Disclaimer and we were off.

Warmup: 20 SSH IC, 10 Low Slow Squats IC, 10 Baby arm circles forward IC, 10 Baby arm circles backwards IC.

The Thang: Mosey to the park benches next to the concession stand.  This was stop one on my take of 4 Corners for today (kind of a loop but w/e).  25 dips then mosey to the track around the pond, 25 jump squats, mosey to the stage for 25 Climber Merkins.  (These sucked) One foot and one hand on the steps with other on the ground, merkin then go up a step.  We went up 5 steps and back down until we hit 25 merkins.  Mosey back to the flag for 25 Hydraulic Squats.  Rinse and Repeat 2 more times.  After 3rd round we hit a 10 count and hit the baseball field next to the flag.  We did Lt Dans-1 squat:4 lunges, 2 squat:8 lunges and increasing for the entire length of the outfield to the far light pole. Another 10 count and mosey to the stage.  BTTW with 20 shoulder taps.  We had 10 minutes left so we hit the circuit for one more round.  Back to Flag at 6:13 and Rafiki led us in 2 minutes of LBCs.

Prayer Request: DieHard mentioned the amount of travel that our 2.0s have as athletes in school.  Travel mercies for them.  Rafiki’s dog passed yesterday and his 2.0s are obviously upset because of that. YHC prayed us out.

MoleSkin:  I’ve come to view Q’ing as a privilege with an added bit of responsibility. Today we had 7 #HIM that did 100 dips, 100 jump squats, 100 climber merkins, and 100 hydraulic squats with 100 yards of Lt Dan’s with some BTTW Shoulder Taps sprinkled in.  Hope the PAX hated it as much as I did.
