20 Burpees
Right out of the parking lot, right on Ange, left on Laurie Ellis. We ran to Brock’s Berries and did 20 more burpees. We then turned back and headed for the flag. We arrived a little early, so we ran down the road behind the fields and back, circled the parking lot and stage, and did 5 more burpees.

YHC was browsing the Twitter machine last night and came across a tweet from F3-Hartsville. One of their PAX, WaterBug, died during a 15-K this past weekend. It was a reminder that this life is short. We can go at any time. Be prepared. Hartsville asked that the nation do 45 burpees in remembrance of WaterBug today, so that’s what we did.
