Last week Cold-Cut volunteered to Q and then asked YHC if he would like to CO-Q, and obviously I accepted. Cold-Cut wanted to make it a flag themed workout, so we gathered up around the flags for a patriotic beatdown. We had an FNG (Welcome Fruity Pebbles) so the disclaimer was given and then got right to it:

Warm-up:

  • SSH
  • Good Mornings
  • Don Quixote
  • Mosey to the amphitheater

Thang:

  • YHC design the beatdown to spell out F.L.A.G.
  • F: Fire Drill
  • L: Lt. Danger
  • A: ATM’s
  • G: Guantanamo (x3)
  • Next the workout was turned over to Cold-Cut
  • 5 tire flips (provided by Cold-Cut) by each PAX while the rest bear crawled behind in a line.
  • After reaching the end, and a 30 count, next exercise was flutterkicks.
  • Naturally, rinse and repeat was called followed by another 30 count.
  • Next was Jack Webbs
  • Next YHC took over and mosey back to the amphitheater.
  •  7’s with Dips and Derkins
  • Cold-Cut called out Peoples Chair for a 10 count each Pax. Rinse and repeat.
  • Mosey back to the flag for Mary.

Mary:

  • In honor of Cold-Cut, we did every exercise in Chill Cut.
  • While holding Chill Cut, reach out and touch the ground alternating hands. Then finishing holding Chill Cut to 6:15.

COT/BOM:

  • Fruity Pebbles’ co-worker in the lost of a sister.
  • Fruity Pebbles’ family traveling overseas
  • Cold-Cut doctors appointment at the end of July

Moleskin:

YHC is always honored to lead a good beatdown (especially bringing a new Pax into the brotherhood) and this was no exception. Thanks to Die Hard and Cold-Cut for giving me the chance.
