YHC wanted the route to be simple considering this was a VQ and wanted everything to run smoothly (no pun intended). YHC has never ran this route before so some surprises came about, one of them being that the sidewalks end in random spots. String Bean then dropped some knowledge about a poem titled “Where The Sidewalk Ends” and the title for the workout was born.

Moleskin:

YHC mentioned a quote from the documentary “breaking 2” in the gloom. It goes something  like this “100% of me doesn’t even come close to 1% of my team” and I let everyone in the circle know that today. The brotherhood I have experienced since joining is the closest thing to the Marine Corps I have known. Very grateful to be a part of such a powerful unit and I certainly look forward to growing and getting better with you!
