Pax then moseyed to the goal line for Deconstructed Burpee suicides

Opposite 25: Merkins x 10

Opposite Goaline: Thrusters x 10

Run back to the start and mosey 1 lap around the track meet back at the goalpost.

Partner up for bear crawl catch me if you can. Partner 1 bear crawls while partner 2 does 3 burpees. Partner 2 then runs to catch partner 1. Change roles till reaching the opposite goalpost.

Mosey to the side line for Crawl Bear catch me if you can for the width of the field.

Mosey to the track for intervals.

Lap 1: Mosey straight, sprint turn, mosey straight and walk turn

Lap 2: Sprint straight, mosey turn, sprint straight, mosey turn

Lap 3: Mosey straight, sprint turn, walk straight, sprint turn
