Don’t Q If You Can’t Finish It

YHC had recently passed his shovel flag onto Italian Stallion and had committed (prior to passing off the SF) to Lil Mermaid that a flag would be planted at The School Yard with him being DR. Realizing I had no flag late the day before, YHC reached out to IS who HC’d to post and plant a SF. Thanks IS for being a part of F3ENC!! In addition, proud of my brother and close friend Show Boat for sticking with it!!

Indian run to hill behind school buses for round of 11’s – Plank jacks at bottom and squats at top…since Pied asked a great question, the mode of transportation was bear crawl up the hill and mosey back down. Planked for the 6. Ratched is a beast!

Indian run to Branches. YHC left phone behind and realized about half way over to Branches…had to jail break back to the buses and then to Branches. YHC was winded upon arrival and the PAX figured out an exercise to do while waiting on the Q.

Next exercise:

• 15 Step ups – 2 is one
• 15 Derkins – IC 4 count
• 15 Step ups – 2 is one

Next exercise:

• Round of 7’s in the Branches parking lot – Merkins and LBC’s (think it was LBC’s…) Both ways the PAX mosied to middle of lot and lunged the remainder. Bono commented “I think he is making this XXXX up”, Truth is Bono was right!

Indian Run to the school entrance for 40 dips and then circle up back at the flag.

Next exercise is the Jack Webb – Q got his money worth on this one…and is certain the PAX did as well! Got up to 9 merkins and 36 hallelujahs before time was called. Bono was acting like that disruptive 6 grader that he ended up with at C.M. Eppes that first year teaching.

At that moment with snot dripping, YHC realized he had left his phone (for a second time) now over at Branches. Bono stepped up and utilized his technology to capture nameorama/COT/BOM. Thanks Bono!

Takeaway, F3 creates movement through disruption with the end goal being for us all to be better men, better leaders. Even when the Q falls short, his brothers are there to pick him up and propel him forward! No man left behind, no man left where we found him. Aye!!
