YHC started our workout with a few words on leadership, and how we are called to “model the way” for others in our families, jobs, and communities. With that, we started our warm up with:

–10 burpees
–25 side straddle hops

Mosey to Oakmont baptist up the street with lots of mumble chatter about how this isn’t a run strong workout, this is a boot camp. Lol. Including a few comments about how not all of us are training for the BRR!

To the back parking lot with a set of 21s:

merkens and jump squats, a definite beat down in the heat.

Mosey to the Music Academy down the street, with a few going back for the 6. Four corners of seven reps apiece:
