Ma Bell asked YHC not long after he took over The School Yard to Q this week.  With intensity level of The School Yard being consistently high, I did not want to disappoint.  Racking my brain for a good beat down, I ran across a Spartan workout that I modified and added a little running.  It worked perfect..

Warm Up

  • Side Straddle Hops x 15 IC

  • Mosey to track- Indian run half speed for one lap
