I decided since I was going to Q somwhere that I did not post on a regular basis I would go ouside my comfort zone a bit.  I did a little more running than I usually prefer personally in a workout.

13 Good Mornings for luck

Mosey to the track for partner exercise

10 Merkins, 20 Plankjacks and 30 LBC’s

Mosey to the pull-up bar for three round of pull-ups while partner shuffled to sidelines and back.

Indian Run for Half a Lap

Partner Mile  – One partner ran a lap while the other did 10 Merkins, 20 Imperial Walkers,and 30 WWII’s. Repeat until 4 Laps completed.

Mosey to Goal Line for Suicides – As a group went 10 yards crabing and back, 20 yards Bear Crawling, 30 and 40 yards of shuffling with some PT mixed in.  Mumble Chatter about Crawl Bear arose so agreed so 10 yards of that was added on the fly.

Mosey to the hill for 7’s – Burpies and FutterKicks

Mosey to the wall for people chair and balls to wall with 5 count for chair and one count for balls to wall (Tap in attendance). Back to the flag for a little Mary!

Prayer – Randy Parker, Patchs daughter, Levi ( Joker’s Nephew),Students going back to school, and to be better husbands!
