The Thang:  Warmups consisted of side straddle hops 4count to (25), good mornings slow going down, and 20 merkins 4 count.

Run 1/4 mile to front of school yard, bear crawls with 5 diamond merkins at each tree, then lounges.

Mosey to football field, 4 corner circuit 2 rounds. Round 1 was 15burpees, 20imperial squat walkers, 25 mountain climbers (4count), and 30 flutter kicks. Round 2 was we substituted the imperial walkers for lounges

Wall sits, plank leap frog with partner, high knees. Also did an ab series close to the flag.

Prayer Request: Families that are dealing with challenges and unspoken request. We asked that Lord put his hand in each situation and we were also thankful for the opportunity to get better this morning.
