  • Wilt Chamberlain’s
  • Partner up
  • (lbc’s,squats,flutter kicks,lunges x100)
  • Run to other end of parking lot between turns

Mosey down main and stop at intersection

 A Bunch of B-S

  • stop at each bench & do 1 Burpee & 1 Squat
  • Increase by 1 rep each time
  • 10 benches total

Stop at beginning of boardwalk

  • Partner up
  • Alternate flat pull-ups & Leg Lifts
  • 50 of each

Line up at light poles

  • Side lunge in squat to next light
  • 180 Jump back into squat
  • Side lunge other side
  • Continued until Q called it
  • Mosey back to flag
