- Increase by 1 rep each time

Stop at beginning of boardwalk
- Partner up
- Alternate flat pull-ups & Leg Lifts
- 50 of each
Line up at light poles
- Side lunge in squat to next light
- 180 Jump back into squat
- Side lunge other side
- Continued until Q called it
- Mosey back to flag
