Moseyed to FBC to the cinder block corral. Pax still sore from last Saturdays cinderblock beatdown by Largemouth but expressed a great deal of excitement about a chance to use them again!

Q announced BLIMPS with blocks: 5 Burpees with cinder block press, run around 1/2 block. 10 lunges each leg with block, run 1/2 block, 15 imperial walkers with block, run 1/2 block, 20 Merkins with hands on block or modify to one on and one off, run 1/2 block, 25 plank jacks, run 1/2 block and finish with 30 weighted block squats.

Moseyed to rock wall across from Estuarium. 10 Derkins, 10 merkins and 10 urkins, 20 tricep dips.

Moseyed to AO for cool down:

10 American Hammers, 100 LBCs, Supermans
