Split into 2 groups

Bucket Brigade

  • One group pass weight to next Pax and run to end of line continuing up and over then back again
  • Other group run around courthouse stopping at all 4 corners to do 1 burpee
  • Run up and down stairs in back also
  • Increase burpee by 1 each lap
  • Repeat x 3

Mosey to Utilities building

Grizzly Everest

  • Bear crawl up stairs
  • Merkin on every other stair
  • 5 burpees at top
  • Crawl bear down stairs
  • Merkin on every other stair
  • Run to fire escape & lung up 2 stairs and squat up to first landing
  • Run back and repeat but go up second landing
  • Repeat up to 3rd landing
