To start the day BTB had to leave town for work so we attempted to find a replacement Q for him, no luck.  The guys decided it was time to have a joint Q today and each of us took turns throwing down the beating.

Warm up by Enron – 25 SSH, 10 Good Morning, 10 Burpees – all IC

Round 1 – Double D

Double D decided he would bring back an exercise that was performed on Saturday by our guest Q Grunge.  Starting at one end of FP you did a suicide run between the trees that lined the outside of FP.  When you hit the first tree it was 1 burpee and on the return to the start position it was 10 merkins.  This would increase on each tree and there were 5 trees along the side, so 1 burpees to 10 merkins, 2 burpees to 20 merkins, and so on until at the end 5 burpees and 50 merkins.

Round 2 – Largemouth

After a short mosey over to the the Civic Center we partnered up for some Dora.  100 mountain climbers, 200 Squats, and 300 SSH.  While one partner was performing the exercise the other partner was running the length of the Civic Center walkway.

Round 3 – Ramses

Another short mosey over to the floating docks on the boardwalk Ramses took over to perform some Mary to finish off the day.  25 Flutter Kicks, 20 American Hammers.  Rinse and repeat and a mosey back to FP.

Name-o-rama and the naming of the new FNG “Tinker Bell”.  Tinker Bell works on the ferry system here in the east and it just seemed to be the right fit :)
