We had a light turnout for the post Christmas lower body beat down.  YHC has just started training for a 1/2 marathon, so he thought today would be a great day to focus on legs.

Well YHC isn’t sure if this one even counts.  We forgot (really YHC forgot) name-o-rama.  Also when we started to gather for a picture we realized we didn’t have a shovel flag.   YHC is sure this will cause excessive future mumble chatter and grief for those in attendance.  Thanks for the opportunity?
