Moseyed to Respass Street for some balls to the wall. Q had each PAX give a sports team name (preferably college but Pro also in a bind) that was an animal while holding position. Most did well under pressure but someone snuck in a non animal name. Q was winded and let it slide. Next we moseyed to the end of the waterfront to the brick wall. Q called for “Sweet 100s”. Consisted of 20 derkins in cadence followed by 20 box jumps OYO, 20 Irkins in cadence, 20 mountain climbers OYO and finally 20 Dips in cadence.

Moseyed to waterfront by Haven’s Mill. 4 cones set up for 4 corners. When you completed the exercise at your cone you ran a lap around all cones to arrive at your next cone. Finished when get back to your original cone. Cone 1- 15 Burpees, cone 2 50 squats, cone 3 50 LBCs cone 4 50 SSHs.

Mosey back to Respass street walls. PAX lined up and each PAX in turn called out a 10 rep exercise until everyone had gone. Mosey back to AO.

Cool down- 1 minute Burpee competition- Wolverine came out on top. Most of us were too tired to care.
