Got a call at 9:45 Monday night that we had a PAX who was not going to be able to be at workouts for his Q so was asked to fill in so what do we do ….. we do it. Went to bed and woke up around 3:30 with my mind already starting to put together a plan for a beat down! So here’s how it went down!!!

  • split the circle up into 1/4
  • bear crawl to crab walk to walking lunges to sprint to finish

Moseyed to Gaylord’ s wall

  • Hanging Toe Taps x 15 rinse and repeat

Moseyed up the stairs to platform of the Estuarium

Partnered up to perform

  • Cliffhangers on the rail X 20

Had 5 min  left so I broke out the 40lb sand bad ! While PAX sat shoulder to shoulder on the ground with feet raised we passed the bag down and back X 2 to finish out our time.
