Twas the final training run before the 2018 Blue Ridge Relay.

YHC had a plan that would put an emphasis on communication.

We split into two teams.

Each team split into two groups (van one and van two) and received one wrist band.

Over the next 45 minutes, we had two “there and backs” to the parking garage, with the active van scout running and the inactive van covering ground at the The Commons then the monster 3rd Street Hill to Elizabeth Street (I’m coming for ya Elizabeth!)

Communication was key.

The inactive van had to be on the lookout for the active van coming in, and the active van had to communicate the timing as well.

All pushed hard.

YHC is making final preparations for the Relay (we launch tomorrow)

Please keep us in your prayers!

For traveling mercies, for good health, and for dry skies with an abundance of sunshine and clear mountain air!

Keep an eye out for Facebook Live from each team as the race progresses Friday and Saturday.

You never know, you might be the next Nice Body.

He was intrigued after watching our Live feed last year.

Started training his body to RUN.

Now, he is the captain of ENC’s first ever 12 man team.

We have three teams this year (6, 9, and 12 man teams)

We want four next year.

Will it be you?

Will you answer the mountain’s call?

208 miles and 27,000 feet of elevation change

You CAN NOT do this alone.

But, with your BRRothers cheering you on… You can ROCK IT!!!

Love ya boys.

See you on the flip side.
