The word on twitter this morning is that YHC lost the numbers game. Although, that may be true I have no doubt that none of the attending PAX felt like they lost today. All we did was WIN all morning. Matlock, Nice Body, Belding, and I showed up for a bit of EC. The rest of the PAX was anxiously awaiting at the Flag when we arrived at 5:28. This is how it went down.
The Thang
First we began with a well thought-out dynamic warmup and then went into the workout.
Rinse and Repeat for 45 Minutes

- Right on Jarvis
- Left on 2nd
- U Turn at the Cul de Sac
- Down Second until it Dead Ends
- U Turns at the Cul de Sac

- West on 1st Street to Skipper’s Truck
For those that finished their final round a little early, we did a couple hill repeats in the Commons Parking Lot
COT/BOM
Moleskin
Other than Cousin IT trying to change his name this morning, everything went as planned. Although I know it looks like I didn’t put much thought into this route, but I did. This is a boring route (only a maniacal runner like Hazmat would think up) and most would shy away because of this but we got about 400 feet of elevation this morning in 45 minutes which is no easy task in Eastern NC. Strong Crowd out this morning that definitely gave it their all. T-Claps to my boys Hometown and Skipper that have been showing up and running far away from the Fart Sack the last couple of weeks.
