We began with the Lord’s Prayer and then proceeded to warm up, including 4x4s. The shortest mosey in history, about 10 steps, to the American flag followed. After the pledge of allegiance, we made the second shortest mosey in history across the street to embark on the 7 of Diamonds.

-7 burpees each corner of block, then: 14 flutter kicks, 21 merkins, 28 squats, 21 imperial walkers, 14 tricep dips, and 7 WWIIs.

Back to Festival Park for Bear Crawl + Ring of Fire. Then we completed a short Indian Run and back to same location, for a Grunge inspired descending Bear Crawl 7s with Merkins. A few ab exercises finished us off, including Xs and Os. Job well done men. Count O Rama and COT.
