The Thang – We started out doing HIIT reps under the overhang at the Estuarium

10 burpees, 20 sweat angels, 20 smurf jacks
15 plank merkins, 20 mountain climbers, 20 squat jumps
15 twisting merkins, 10 Mahktar N’Diayes, 20 jumping planks
Moseyed to FBC for cinderblocks
10 curls with each arm, 10 kettle swings, 10 clean & jerks, 10 irkins on the block, then repeated for 8 reps, the third time we maxed out
Next we split into pairs and did DORA with 100 merkins, 200 box jumps on the steps and 300 squats alternating while your partner bear crawled up the handicap ramp did DORA with
