The idea was to complete a similar workout to one we did when F3 Washington was in launch phase (With some modifications, of course). Q’d by Skipper, and named 2nd Week on the Waterfront. I actually was not in the BB, but I know I was there, cause I remember it like it was September 2, 2017. Also, I added another cycle of exercises. Wanted to get an indication of how far we’d come. Very pleased with our progress.
