What an absolutely beautiful day to start a work out, low 40’s and a small breeze in the air and ole Enron about to throw down a brutal beat down.

Circled up a 7 am sharp as Flo asked who had the Q.  His response “crap I should have fart sacked”.

Today I went deep into the exicon and pulled out some goodies that I knew that PAX had not tried yet.

Warm up:

15 – Randy’s IC – arms out to the side shoulder high, pulse arms up and down 10-12 inches as in hallelujahs.

15 – Febrezes IC – in WWII position perform 2 sit ups but once you reach the top of the second one hold feet off the ground at 6″ and then perform 10 hallelujahs

20 – Mountain Man Poopers IC – 4 count start in standing position, next touch toes, 3rd perform deep squat, four stand up and clap

The Thing:

Mosey over to Respass St.  Now for another new beat down.  From half way up Respass to Main St it was time for the Welch Dragon.  4 step bear crawl then pause and do one merkin, 1 plank jack, and one shoulder tap (each arm).  This is a building exercise and after each 4 step bear crawl the men added one merkin, plank jack, and shoulder tap.  By the end of the street the guys were almost gassed.  Short mosey over to the alley way on Union St.  The guys were introduced to the Wall of Fire.  Everyone in the peoples chair position and each man down the line performed 10 merkins passing off to the next man when finished and when we reached the end the last man did his 10 merkins and then did 10 LBCs then once to the end again the last round was 5 burpees.  Time again for another mosey to the court house.  At the court house each man had to perform 20 Tony Hawk burpees and after each one had to run up and down the stairs to the other side.  Tony Hawk burpees are a standard burpee but instead of jumping straight up you perform a 360 degree jump.  Back to FP we go now as we near the end of the day.  We finished up with a Whamo Lung Walk utilizing a small kids football.  This is performed by all the men in a line and the person at the end yells one, two, three, GO and all the men take off on a sprint and the ball is thrown as far as it can be.  Once the ball hits the ground the PAX had to lunge walk to where the ball stopped.  Each man made a throw before we finished.  To give the men a little comrodery at the end of this we did something that you see done on football teams all the time.  You send one man to the other end of the field and the ball is punted his way.  If he catches it the workout is over.  YHC decided it would only be fitting if the oldest member of the PAX Wolverine go to the end to make the catch.  The deal was he got two tries and if he failed to catch the ball the PAX had 20 burpees as a penalty.  (FYI I was a punter in high school so I still have a little bit left in the leg)  After a near catch on the first one the PAX cheered Wolverine on to catch the second one.  The put spiraled perfectly towards him and Wolverine made a perfect basket catch to end beat down.  As we circled up we did perform one last exercise to get the men circled up.  A zombie crawl to the middle of the circle to end the day (legs dead and you attempt to bear crawl without using legs).

COT and the naming of our new FNG Crani who couldn’t of picked a better day to come out :)

Prayers and announcements.

Till next time….Enron
