Due to a bicycle takeover, YHC had to move the waterfront workout to Susiegray McConnell Sports Complex. As is the usual, Double D was already there after rucking from home. With 7 PAX ready we circled up at 7 on the dot.

– Imperial Walkers x 10 IC
– Don Quixotes x 10 IC
– Burpees x 10 OYO

This Thang:
Let’s Mosey. YHC led the PAX to the much loved Airport Road loop.
Partnered up.
First person jogged around circle while the other crab walked around the circle.
When the joggers caught the crabs (sounds itchy), teammates switched places. This continued until 3 laps of crab walks were completed. Some mumble chatter ensued, so YHC knew it was a good choice. After realizing we were not at the waterfront, Deuce found his way to the group to make an even 8.

That Thang:
Mosey on to nearby parking lot.
YHC administered some 4 Corners.
– 10 Merkins
– 20 American Hammers
– 20 Squats
– Run to next corner
– Repeato

The Other Thang:
The PAX began a mosey back towards the shovel flag, but there was one last stop. Dora 1-2-3 was calling our name. On the walkway between the baseball fields we split off with our original partners for:
– 100 Merkins
– 200 LBCs
– 300 Squats
For a little extra kick, the PAX running to the end of the walkway did 1 Burpee & added 1 Burpee for each trip down (made it up to 9).

Moseyed back to the shovel flag in time for 6MOM with some FIA ladies already arriving. They were impressed I’m sure:
