  • Mosey to Playground at elementary school for 11’s with Derkins on the jungle gym and Dips on picnic tables (small trek between the two points).
  • Modified pistol squats on the columns with alternating legs (10 count for each PAX member).
  • 4 Corners in the middle school parking lot with merkins, LBC’s, Lunges, and Wide Arm Merkins.
  • Finished off with 4 Burpees
