Last minute Q due to an illness in the Village. Started with an exercise of 20 reps and went up by 20’s each time to 200. One PAX performed exercise while other ran parking lot and flap jacked. Was really easy to partner up since there was only 2 of us. 20- Burpees 40-merkins 60-Squats 80-Dips 100-Curls 120-Urkins 140- Calf Raises 160- Hill Billies 180- LBC’s and 200- SSH. Followed that up with a 1 mile run. Simple workout for the mighty pax of 2.
