Warm up: SSH, Bench 2.0, Bench 3.0

The Thang: 4 corners – 1 corner – 20 burpees, 2: merkins AMRP, 3:LBC’s AMRP, 4:Erkins AMRP.  Bear crawl between corners when the burpees corner is done.

Rock pile – Curls for the girls X10, Rows X10, Tricep extension X10, Squat X10.  Rinse and Repeat.

1 PAX will take rock and mosey about 50 yards and back while the rest of the PAX plank, each PAX goes twice.

Mosey to middle school – 1 minute of step ups followed by 3 sets of balls to the wall 10 count.

Indian flag run for last 11 minutes.
