Bartman and YHC met at 0430 for an EC ruck. ATB rolled in about 5:31 and the workout started.
The Thang: Came up with a circuit workout that would use KB’s and ruck plates last night. Would consist of different exercises that would be done for 45 seconds max reps and 15 second recovery for every minute.
Squats, Merkins, LBC’s, Copper Head Sqts, Ranger Merkins, Flutter kicks, Goblet Sqt/ weights, Bench press/ weights, WW1’s, Lunges/ weights, curls/ weights, WW2’s, Sqt push press/ weights, Tricep extension, American Hammers, Monkey Humper’s, KB swings, plank, reverse lunge, wide arm merkins, flutter kicks, calf raises, shoulder press/ weights, LBC’s, butkus, bus drivers, Mt Climbers, Low plank hold, Urkins, V-ups, jump lunges, dips, grave diggers, B2W, Peoples Chair, LBC’s, Burpees and Curls for the girls. Perfect time it’s 6:15.
