Gasmans VQ went something like this.

Warm-up

  • Merkins (IC)
  • Low Squats (IC)
  • Burpees (9)

The Thang

  • Sprint down the street stopping at each light pole. Doing 7 merkins and 7 squats at each for a total of 7 light poles
  • Mosey to the hill: One partner does merkins while the other runs backwards up the hill for a total of 100
  • Mosey to the rock pile and grab a rock. Walked from pile to tennis courts while doing different exercises with our rock.
  • Suicide sprints at tennis courts. One person would sprint while other did flutter kicks, 6 inches and plank for a total of 3 full court suicide sprints.
  • March back with our rocks to the pile, jailbreak to the flag for Mary.

YHC has tried to get the Gasman to Q for about 2 months now at The Doughnut Shop. He was supposed to and then something came up with work. Bad Boy asked the Gasman on Monday to Q and he said yes! TCLAPS to Bad Boy for getting the Gasman out of his comfort zone! Gasman also told everybody Monday that the workout would be 45 mins of stretching, he also called me Wednesday morning at 5:24 saying he was sick and wasn’t coming. Hopefully the Gasman can take a Q at The Doughnut Shop and learn how to do a backblast!
