The Thang:

This idea was taken from Rafiki, and I liked it I thought it would be a good time to bring it back out.  During the entire 45 minutes, any time someone said the word over time, you had to drop and do a burpee.

Mosey to the drive near FCHS and make two lines.

10 Chill-Cut Peter Parkers

Wind sprints to the top, at top of the hill complete 10 Sphinx Merkin and mosey back down. Rinse and Repeat x5.

Mosey to rock pile and pick larger than average rock and mosey to the big freaking hill.

Jacobs ladder with with rock burpees starting with 3 and increasing by 3 each time. Rinse and Repeat x4

Mosey to softball field for shoulder tap BTTW x12 ( YHC had done mostly 10, so change of pace and waiting on Scotty to drop off the wall!)

Run 4 poles and at each pole 10 Werkins.

Mosey through the woods to the big freaking hill one more time.  Directions were to partner drag up the hill…… YHC had Scotty and lets just say he enjoyed vacation the previous week :) as I took a tumble dragging him up.

Mosey back to the flag for a little more overtime and another Mary exercise.

Announcements:

Sasquatch- Volunteers needed for the support team.  If you don’t think you are able to participate in the run, ruck be a support team member and help out we need you.  We are expecting out of town guests to participate, so we need a strong F3ENC showing.

Also, we are asking each PAX to donate 1 case of water and Gatorade.  They can be dropped off at Ma Bell’s or Bambino’s house or given to me and I will take care of them.  It is going to be hot, so hydration will be key.  Don’t delay do it today!
