The Thang:

  • Mosey to the big square in front of the middle school for 4 corners. Step Ups (both legs = 1), Merkins, American Hammers, Plank Jacks X20 at each corner Karaoke on the long sides, Lunges on the short sides. R&R but in the opposite direction with back pedals on the shorts and karaoke on the longs.
  • Mosey to the bus circle for a round of sequence. Each PAX member held a plank position using the railing while the PAX member at the end lunges to the end of the line (all the way around).
  • Mosey to the rock pile for curls for the girls and triceps extensions.
  • Mosey to the wall for pistol squat holds while each PAX member completed a victory lap.
