Warm Up: SSH, Good Mornings, High Knees (X15, IC), 10 Burpees OYO

THE THANG:

  • Mosey to rock pile for Curls For the Girls, Single Leg Bridge, Sumo Squats (with rock of choice) X7 each rotating through all the rocks in the PAX.
  • Mosey to Island of Love for Erkin->Dips. (full rotation around Island doing one Erkin then spinning to dip position for a dip).
  • Mosey to Tennis Courts for 4 Corners. Starting with 5 and increasing each stations reps by 5, the corners were Balls to the Wall Merkins, Pistol Squats, WWIs, Baby Swimmers. R&R.
  • Mosey back to the Island of Love for Box Jumps, Derkins, Calf Raises (all X20) with a run to the end of the parking lot in between each exercise.
  • Mosey back to SF for a few quick rounds of mary.
