I pulled into Farmville Middle and it wasn’t raining.   Bartman, Scottie Mo and Seal had an EC ruck and coming walking up just before 5:30 as it starts to drizzle.  With just a little drizzle and hope we didn’t get more than that, we started our warm up.

Warm Up:

  • Slow Hamstring stretches
  • Good Mornings

And now it starts to rain….

The Thang:

Run… Take Grimmersburg Street to Contentnea to Pine Street and up to Main to gather up.  That is about a 1.1 mile run.

Run North on Main Street stopping at every intersection for a ladder:

  1. 15 Merkins/WW2’s/ Imperial Walkers
  2. 20 Merkins/WW2’s/ Imperial Walkers
  3. 25 Merkins/WW2’s/ Imperial Walkers
  4. 20 Merkins/WW2’s/ Imperial Walkers
  5. 15 Merkins/WW2’s/ Imperial Walkers

Repeat heading back down South.

  1. 15 Mountain Climbers/V-ups/Squats
  2. 20 Mountain Climbers/V-ups/Squats
  3. 25 Mountain Climbers/V-ups/Squats

We thought we may run out of time to make run back, so we headed back.

Once we got to Sam D. Bundy School, we jumped back on the ladder decent.

4. 20 Mountain Climbers/V-ups/Squats

and at Farmville Middle, we did: 5. 15 Mountain Climbers/V-ups/Squats

All in all, we did about 3 miles of running with the ladders.

COT:

  • Prayers: Farmville Central is hosting a Cross Country conference event with 98 runners, Seal’s father in law, safe travels for Seal and his M are going to Disney World kid free, Recount’s M dealing with brain cancer, Pied Piper’s back
  • Announcements: Check the website, Silverback has Q at #thegoodfight and Scottie Mo has the Q at #coopmile this week

Moleskin:  The drive to Farmville is really easy.  You get on 264 and can cruise in the 70’s and the Village is not far off the 4 lane.  More people from Greenville should make the drive for an awesome AO.  When you Q, there are so many possibilities that the hardest part is narrowing down what you want to do.
