Tote the Turkey before Turkeyday

I was glad to be back in the village to Q at Tobacco Road.  Farmville has a fun group of guys when they post led by Scotty Moe and Bartman and Bad Boy when he returns from back surgery (miss ya brother.)  Thanks for the opportunity to Q and it went like this:

Mosey to the rock pile and choose wisely, the rock will not leave your hands until the end.

**Penalty disclaimer if the rock ever left your or a partner’s hands there would be 5 contra burpees for all. Little did I know Hot Spot and Scotty had such butter finger  sand enjoyed dropping their rocks. Then of course Silverback 😂

Mosey to main street, stopping at each tree to do rock burpees and back pedaling to the start stopping at each tree to do a burpee. Stop at 8 trees total.

Mosey to the building and hold people’s chair with the rock out front.  Person army crawls with the rock under.  Location was not ideal but it’s  all good.

Balls to the wall when finished.

Mosey to my favorite big a** hill.

Modified Gorilla humpers with the rock and back pedal up the hill. 5,10,15

Duck walk with burpee at top of the hill.

Peoples Chair with bus drivers and BTTW again.
