Since none of us woke up this morning as a billionaire, we decided to face the gloom with gritted teeth and a little sad knowing we would all have to go to work today…

THE THANG:

  • Warm up – SSH, High Knees, Good Mornings, Plank Jacks (IC x 15) and Burpees (OYO x 10).
  • Mosey to the tennis courts for 4 Corners with Bird Dogs, Pistol Squats (alternating legs), Merkins, WWI’s (OYO x 16) with a R&R backwards.
  • Mosey to the hill for 7’s with WWII’s at the top and Squats at the bottom.
  • At the wall, wall-merkin IC with each PAX member taking a lap around the bus circle. R&R with pistol squats.
  • Mosey to rock pile for Curls for the girls followed by American Hammers while each PAX member ran to the bus circle and back. R&R with overhead extensions.

I know its hard to get up in the morning and especially when its cold but I’m challenging the Farmville Crew as well as myself to show up and show out! Let’s make ourselves better!
