Wanted to get one last Q in at 30. 5 EC rucked with coupons at 0600. The beatdown went something like this.

The Thang

  • Warm-up: 30 SSH (IC) and then mosey to the rock pile.
  • At the rock pile: 10 curls (IC) 10 Tricep Ext (IC) 10 goblet squats (IC)
  • Long mosey to the track: Run 4 laps and then complete 10 burpees, 10 squats and 10 merkins. Slow mosey for the six. Repeat this with 3,2 and 1 laps. Mosey back to Middle School. 10 counts peoples chair and balls to the wall.
  • Mary: Just your basic ab exercises. One PAX member did call out 15 burpees though.

Was nice to have good numbers out in the village today and even better to have a FNG. Enjoyed this last day of being 30. Thanks to F3 I’m starting 31 out better than I did 30! Until next time.
