Bartman asked me to Q about 3 weeks ago and YHC already had in mind what to do…. Plan A.  Reading the back blasts this week, YHC realized that my original and ultra creative plan was essentially done in Farmville a couple of weeks before this.  Therefore, this week Plan B went into effect.  When YHC found out a kidney stone was making its way through my body, there was a lot of worry about being able to even post today, let alone Q.  However, the spirit of St. Patrick smiled on YHC and pushed the stone through the night before.  So, Plan B was a go without having to move to Plan C.

Warm Up:

Side straddle hops X 20/Good mornings X 20/WW1s X 15/merkins X 15

The Thang:

Mosey .5 mile to Playground behind HB Sugg School

11’s…. Pull ups and Derkins

Mosey to Rock pile on Evans Drive… Each person pick a rock of his choice he will keep for a while.

Mosey to back parking lot at HB Sugg pick up and divide up into partners.

Start at one ended of marked parking spaces.  Keep rock with you at all times. Partner A does a hand release burpee, while partner B runs to next parking space and gets down burpee plank and holds.  Instead of a jump at end of burpee, Partner A jumps/leapfrogs Partner B and goes to next line for a burpee plank hold until jumped by partner.  I just made this up, and don’t really know if it’s in the lexicon, so maybe we call this “Gorilla Jump over burpees” if it doesn’t have name?

13 burpees each.  Plank for the Six.  Repeat back to the start.  Sit ups with your rock for the Six.

Mosey to smaller playground with rock.

11’s…. Tricep Press/Shoulder to Overhead with rock and Deep squats below parallel.

Run rock back to Evans Drive to get rid of your rock.

Mosey back to Middle School big wall by the gym.  Partner up again…

Round 1:  “A” peoples chair  while “B” bear crawls down hill, does a burpee, then sprints back.  Switch roles.

Round 2:  “A” performs squats while “B” performs lunges down hill, does a burpee, then sprints back.  Switch roles.

Round 3:  “A” balls to wall while “B” runs down hill, does a burpee, then sprints back.  Switch roles.

And with that, our hour was up so we gathered back at the flag.

COT:

Jennay asked we pray for Bobby Dunn.  Bobby is in a rest home in Goldsboro, and only 38 and would love to be back in Farmville where he can visit and see people he is closer in age and knows.

Bench asked we pray for Dr. Randy Parker who was just diagnosed with cancer.

YHC praised the passing of my kidney stone.
